Its an incredibly convenient location and it takes only minutes to run downhill to get to the market square and the main shopping street. Restaurants, bakeries, shops, fishmongers, hairdressers, pharmacy and Tesco Express are all within a 5 min walk. The sea-front is also only 5 min away and the nearest public beach is a 15 min walk. Despite such central location - the neighbourhood is very quiet, so you wont be disturbed by noisy students on the week-end.
